Free Yoga and Meditation Class
With Julia and Chris
Thursdays from 12-1PM
What to expect: The class will begin with 15 minutes of yoga asana, followed by a discussion of yogic meditation and 20 min guided meditation.
What to bring: Yoga Mat ( we have some extras if needed), small donation (If able) for upkeep of the space.
