A humorous collection of bronze figures erupting from the brick wall of a vocational school signifying the graduate’s breaking out of school and into the working world. A graduating student with diploma symbolically breaks through the brick next to the main entrance. Her face is molded after a Time Magazine cover that created computer generated face of the projected facial structure of a young woman 100 years from now based on the way people are predicted to carry cross culturally. ( The bottom half of the other student appears to be jumping into the building to the left) Sixteen cast bronze arms molded from workers in the sixteen areas of study at the trade school hold objects relating to their profession and appear to be breaking through the brick walls above as if excitedly jumping into the future. All these arms were mounted to the brick wall as if they were breaking through.
